At Tastefully Minimalist a big part of our lifestyle is focused on conscious consuming and mindful living. We tend to opt for the “minimum effective dose” in most areas of life.
We try to avoid excess as we find it to be less efficient, as well as a distraction from what’s really important.
We occasionally like to take a step back and look at what can be cut/eliminated from our day to day lives so we can move on to the next thing or just clear some space (physical and/or mental).
